ZiIP Semestr VI

Project management is a course aimed at familiarizing students with the process of managing the work of a project team. It presents issues related to directing, organizing, controlling and planning all elements related to a given project in order to achieve all project goals within the given constraints.

As part of the course, the student will receive information on project
documentation, personnel, project phases, WBS, scheduling, stakeholders and constraints, as well as the project scope, duration and budget.
